Campanile Hotels Spain held their #CampanileandYou Ambassadors day at Hotel Campanile Cornellà.
Along with Criteria and the Fundació Privada Trinijove they learnt about the success stories of our work in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The mission was to share a common purpose adhered to via consensus.
Overall objectives achieved during the day:
- Build group communication and cohesion
- Unite the good practices of CSR in each hotel and create new objectives
- Reflect on and align personal and corporate values to optimise results and happiness
Campanile Spain’s CSR plan has been a part of its organisation and management since the start in 2016.
Creating the Campanile and You Ambassadors is part of the Campanile Employee Experience policy.
Campanile and You actions represent what each employee lives and aspires to regarding CSR, and works through the experience and motivation of the employees. The Ambassadors therefore have a fundamental mission regarding daily teaching in situ, developing Campanile Spain’s responsibility through a talent management model which brings value to the employees and connects them with CSR management, creating a transversal alliance.
The #CampanileandYou Ambassadors day ended with a team building activity done with Concep-t, collaborating to help young people with social problems find work.
A colourful experience for all!
